Design and simulation of a decentralized radio communication system for mobile stations

Brief description of the system.

The mobile objects must gather the information about their environment and must exchange such information with the other objects. The system is aimed at accumulation of the most complete and the freshest information about the fixed site of the territory. Each mobile station of communication is provided with equal rights. The interconnected stationary stations, which speed spread of the information for large distances and which also gather the statistical data, may participate in operation of the system.

The task of the scientific-research work:

Setting of the possible frequency range of the radio communication, of the radiation power and of the speed of the data transmission with taking into consideration the legislative restrictions.

Setting of the content and scope of the data, exchange of which secures solution of the set task.

Setting the protocol of transmission of the data in packets.

Setting of the algorithm of allocation of the broadcasting time with taking into consideration significance of the information, which is available with the separate station, if compared with significance of the information, received from the other stations.

Preliminary setting of the technical parameters of the radio modems and computing devices of the mobile stations.

Execution of the job

All the set tasks were solved at the theoretical level. The natural tests were partially done. The principal efficiency of the whole system was tested in the course of the computer modeling. The programmer Sergey Privalov (Lithuania) participated in the job execution.
